Laughter helps to boost human being’s immunity, decreases pain, relaxes muscles and prevents all kind of heart diseases. Laughter always works as the best medicine for one’s mental health by adding joy and zest to life, reduces anxiety and fear, mental pain, stress, conflict, and tension. It also improves people’s mood.

Laughter as a social medicine strengthens relationships, attracts other, enhances teamwork, defuses social conflict and promotes group bonding.

Laughter, the free medicine, is a part of human behavior regulated by the brain, helping humans clarify their intentions in social interaction and providing an emotional context to conversations.  Laughter is used as a signal for being part of a group- it signals acceptance and positive interactions with others. This helps bring social benefit. Laughter life is definitely a healthy life.

Everyone should create opportunities to laugh by watching funny movies, going comedy club, reading funny books and comics, meeting funny peoples as well as remaining liberal. So, why should we not take laughter as the best medicine?
